Upon checking in (arrived at 2:30 am) we realized we had no hot water, called the management when they opened at 8 am, left a message. 2 hours later had no reply and called again, they first asked if we had permission to check in early, Nope didn't check in early we had the rental from Friday at 4pm but didn't arrive until 2:30 am. Saturday, we were told they would send someone out. 6 pm that night a maintenance person stopped by, to find out that the gas was not on. Told us it was locked at the sight, implied that the bill was not paid. They would get back to us about it in the morning when they got it figured out. So no hot water and no stove for us to use. Being a Saturday, the management apparently didn't want to pay a weekend fee and instead gave us the run around for the whole weekend. Claimed it was a community wide outage, we talked to neighbors and it was just us. Monday, we went about our vacation only to have the management company ask us to be available to meet the gas company on sight. After arriving on Saturday morning, we finally were able to have hot showers and cook on Monday evening. While the house was good and the location is great. This was not the best experience. Would most likely stay at the Solterra Resort again, just not with this management company.
