Pool and Spa Use

* The private pool is serviced every Thursday and may be unavailable
for up to three hours during cleaning.
* Pool and spa heating is only available seasonally, from October
through March.
* Heating may take 24 to 48 hours to reach temperature.
* The pool and spa use the same water system, so the spa does not
operate like a separate hot tub.
* Heating performance may be reduced when outdoor temperatures drop
below 60°F.

Outdoor Cooking

* There is no grill provided onsite.
* If a grill is arranged separately, it must be used on the grass
rather than on the patio.
* Additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of damage or
excessive mess related to grill use.
