A spacious 6 bedroom home with private pool and hot tub located in the gated community of West Haven. The peaceful setting, especially as an end unit, is conveniently located close to a wide selection of restaurants and Disney around 30 mins drive.

The home has two living areas to spread out and relax – a central space downstairs with a view to the pool deck, and cozy loft space upstairs. Both have comfortable sofa seating and large screen TVs. The kitchen has recently been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area with farmhouse table or a formal dining area to share a meal together.

The spacious master bedroom is upstairs boasting a king bed and generous ensuite and walk-in closet. There is a space themed queen bedroom together with two bedrooms with twin beds - one taking you to the jungle, and the other under the sea! There is another large bedroom with two bunk beds offering plenty of space for kids to play. Downstairs, there is a queen Harry Potter themed bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, also accessible from the pool deck.

The exterior pool deck faces west and enjoys the sunshine throughout the afternoon. There is a good sized pool and hot tub. Heating is available at an additional cost, if desired. To the rear of the screened deck is an extended lawn area – the space is very private with hedge on one side and privacy fence to the rear. There is a BBQ which guests are welcome to use at no charge - if you would like this prepared for you (full tank of gas + cleaning before/after stay this would be $45).

Towels and linens are provided as well as laundry facilities for guest use. High speed wifi included.

The Hamlet at Westhaven is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4 and close to Hwy 27. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. The community is well located for the surrounding attractions, including the Disney parks just 30 mins drive.
