The rental was perfect for us (2 adults) and our small dog. The house was decorated very nicely and had more than enough room for us. The air conditioning worked well and kept the house cool and the pool temperature was also very comfortable during an early March stay. There were plenty of restaurants close by, and easy access from the resort. We also had family members that live nearby over for dinner one night and there was a small communication gap on getting everyone through the guard at the gate, but it worked out okay.The host at this property was also very quick at anserwing any questions that we had.I would highly recommend this property and would definetly stay her again.
Nice private pool area with no neighbors directly behind.
She really enjoyed the stay too!

Over all our stay was good. There were lots of remotes for household items (fans, TVs etc) but no instructions or directions on what went to what. It took us a while to figure it out. There were light switches that seemed to no belong to any lights. One of the stools at the kitchen bar was broken. The AC in the game room did not work and it was to hot to enjoy those amenities. There was a door from the master bathroom to the pool. The seal on the door was not tight and we constantly found little lizards in the bathroom. The house was the perfect size for the four of us and the perfect distance to Disney.

Hier ein Vorschlag für deine 5-Sterne Bewertung:---Wir haben zu dritt in diesem Ferienhaus gewohnt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war einfach top – sowohl Disney als auch die Universal Studios sind schnell zu erreichen, gleichzeitig liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Billardtisch in der Garage, der für zusätzlichen Spaß gesorgt hat. Der Pool hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas größer sein können, aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ---Möchtest du, dass ich den Text noch etwas kürzer und knackiger für Google/Booking/Airbnb optimiere, oder lieber etwas ausführlicher und emotionaler?

Great house..!

Everything amazing! The only small issue was that the hot tub was not working, but after messaging the host they sent someone to fix it the same day and fixed it! The other thing was the string lights around the pool enclosure would not work… everything else was great! My kids and wife and I loved it.. we will stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay. We did have a few problems with the air conditioning and the pool chlorine levels. We contacted the association and people were around to help out rather quickly. The home is very nice and accommodating for our family and pup!

Needs a little attention

The location and size of this property fit our needs.It was very close to all of the major attractions in the area. The check in process was done ahead of time. I was told by 4pm we would be given the access codes to the house. I did not receive any information until I called at 430pm. The house itself does need a little attention. The carpet is stained and needs a deep vacuuming. The curtains fell off the windows if you tried to close them. There were blinds missing from both the door to the pool and in one of the main bedrooms, making it impossible to use since you lacked any privacy from the pool area. The lamp shades were broken on the lamps, so they hung crooked. There were bath mats in the bathroom that definitely needed to be thrown away, since they were covered in a sticky, hard substance. The pool was our main reason for choosing this house for our kids to use. We paid the additional fee to have the pool heated, and by the third day into our stay, the heat pump broke. There was a maintenance man called, but it needed a pool repair person. The repair man did not show up for two days, making the pool not enjoyable for our family, as it was cold and stagnant. When I would call management, the response for the manager was that there was a ticket, and would not be able to give me an update on when it would be fixed. I was not offered any refund for the days we paid for the pool to be heated. It was a big disappointment for our kids not to be able to use the pool.

Jam packed week in Florida from Texas!

We loved our time in Florida and this property and the communication with the management were both awesome! It was such a blessing to be super close to the hotel where I was attending The Chosen Con! The house was super clean, beautiful, spacious, and met our needs in every single way. I cannot say enough about the experience, privacy, and the amenities. We loved the pool and spa after long days of conferences and theme park walking. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we would most definitely do this again in the future. Our family loved it so much and it was the perfect decision for our needs! Blessings- The Christian family :)

Just amazing!!! If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!!

Absolutely amazing very comfortable if you like luxury you will definitely love this house. Everything about the house is exactly how it is when you get there. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool room is a nice hang out to shoot pool and just chill. We visit Florida every year and I will be saving this house for future dates. We've been to many but this house I just love. Thanks for having us!

House/Property, location, and pool/hot tub were all great. Heating the pool/hot tub is a must so you can enjoy the hot tub, nice and hot. If you plan to cook in the kitchen just know there are not a ton of good kitchen/cooking utensils. Plenty of pots and pans. Overall great though! Thank you!

Excellent property

House was exactly as described very beautiful. Location was great for our trip close to everything. I wished host would post that trailers weren’t allowed. We went for bike week and had to find a different location to store our trailer safely. Also wasn’t aware of the extra fees for your vehicles $20 per vehicle. Otherwise very nice and accommodating.

Nice house. Nice location. Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean. Fans and lighting fixture could use some dusting, but overall clean house. Closed in garage was nice with pool table and room to to set up my portable gym to workout. Plenty of towels at this property. Check in process is easy if you register online. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.
