Perfect Property- Even Better Host

This review will never do this property or the host justice. Property was perfect, exactly as pictured and described. Ample everything, unlike some other listings. Great decor, lots to do in the house itself. What sets it apart is the phenominal hosts. I try not to bother my hosts, but for a long stay there are always so many issues that come up, and Brian and Angela were always prompt and accommodating in communicating. We had a problem with something on the first day and they were proactive in doing what they could to fix it immediately. I had mistakenly scheduled something in the pool at the time that it was supposed to be serviced, and they moved it to accommodate our schedule. We were there during a record heatwave in August, and unfortunately, the cooling system could not keep up, plus all reputable HVAC companies were booked out for days. But Brian and Angela did everything they could to make us comfortable, sending fans and giving us tips to make ourselves more comfortable. We were not there to visit the parks etc. We were there to spend time with several branches of family and enjoy the property, and Brian and Angela gave us a fantastic vacation! We will never forget their kindness! Without question, I would love to stay in the property again.

The property is exactly as pictured. The house is beautiful. Communication with owners is awesome (before and during stay). Had a little situation and it was IMMEDIATELY corrected. I would definitely stay at any of their property's and highly recommend.

Spring Break Orlando

Excellent experience - Brian and Angela did a great job communicating with us before our stay and during as well and were quick to help work through any issues that arose. To our pleasant surprise when we first walked in we found a gift bag with goodies inside as well as a hand written note welcoming us. The house was the nicest house we've stayed at and we've been coming to the gulf side of FL for over 10 years. Highly recommended!

As good as it gets

This is a well deserved 5 star listing. Our stay included 8 guys in their 60's for a golf trip which we have done for years. Everyone loved the place. I have rented VRBO's for about 20+ years (with my wife who was not on this guy trip) and this was the best place I've ever stayed in regards to the overall ranking which includes amenities, kitchen items, bathroom set, cleanliness, etc. They have a coffee bar not just a coffee maker (various sweeteners, honey sticks, grinder plus Keurig coffee if you don't want to grind fresh coffee . This is indicative of the entire condo. We normally try different places each year but we were all so impressed we will rent it again next year. The property had every little detail you could think of and then some. They are responsive and VERY friendly.

Here’s why you should rent this house!

My family and I, consisting of three generations—grandparents, children and grandchildren—just returned from a one-week stay at this wonderful house. Here’s why you should book it. Let’s face it: There are tons of Orlando rental properties that all look pretty great on paper and in photos. So, let me start with the obvious—This house is just as terrific in person as it seems in photos and description. The house is large, with plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms are configured in such a way that everyone has a good deal of privacy. For toddlers, there are multiple high chairs and strollers, a crib and a pack ‘n play. There is a huge dining area. There is a living room; a second upstairs living space, well outfitted with board and electronic games; and a third game room, with pool table, football and arcade machine. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance imaginable and with overflowing silverware, china and glassware (both glass and plastic), and lots of unbreakables for the kids. Paper goods and cleaning supplies were stocked in abundance (unlike at other properties with only “starter” supplies). There were dozens of high quality, fluffy towels, for use both in the house and for the pool. Best of all, Brian, our host, was incredibly cooperative and easy to communicate with. His response to any inquiry was, “Sure, no problem.” When we had an issue with a food delivery, he arranged for early access for the delivery people. When I inquired whether there was a baby gate, he said, “Not yet, but I’ll get one.” When we were a bit confused about how to operate the hot tub, he responded almost instantly and guided us through the process. In short, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bottom line: If we were returning to Orlando, we wouldn’t even look at another property. Brian: Thanks a million for helping to make our family’s dream vacation come true!

Paradise!!

Renting this property was absolutely amazing. Our family went for our first trip to Disney after a long year of deployment and we raved so much to our other friends and family about this home. We will definitely come back and request this property again. The property owners were very helpful with the communication even late in the evening when we had questions and also gave us very helpful tips on things to do in the area.

Amazing Property

great family time

We found the house to be wonderful for accommodating our large family with many extra amenities, like raincoats for the parks, we would not even have thought of. In addition, the graciousness and personalized hospitality shown by the owners made us feel very welcome and comfortable. the house and everything was great! from how the kitchen was labeled and everything right there, to the separate AC in the game room and everything. Our hosts were the best, there were problems with the Wifi and in the area there is NO cell signal at all so the Wifi is a required. They were able to work with us remotely and solve the issue with no problems at all. They were very helpful. I could not say enough great things about the space i would highly recommend it to anyone

First I want to say thank you to Brian and Angela for making us feel like apart of the family. It felt like visiting your family home welcomed with open arms. It really do feel like you are at a 5 star retreat. I fell in love with the pool/spa because of the privacy it felt like our own oasis great way to unwind after day at the parks. Yes pool have lights was a plus. This home has everything you can think of. Brain and Angela really took the time out to think of everything a family would need even down to the toddlers. My kids enjoyed the coffee bar for hot chocolate. My son love the Tron room for the lights, My oldest daughter love the lilo and stitch room because of the bathroom and naturally the smaller love Mickey and Minnie. My sister and her daughter enjoyed the King suites. Modern appliances. Again home super clean and organized. Host was great quick to respond willing to answer any questions you may have. Parking is a must we saw why you should stay off the lawn an be respectful of the property because other visitors we parked everywhere. All on the grass side walks its truly a first come first serve on the street for anyone driving more than two vehicles."FYI for parking if you don't allow it at your house dont do it at some else" We would definitely stay again. Wonderful property and wonderful host. Thank you!!
