Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse offers four bedrooms. Downstairs a bedroom with 1 Queen bed sleeps two. Upstairs you’ll find a room with 2 Twin beds, a room with 2 Bunk beds that sleep four, and a bedroom with 1 King bed sleeping two. Four bathrooms are spread throughout the home for easy morning routines and evening wind‑downs.



Indoor living

A spacious living area features a flat‑screen TV and comfortable seating for family and friends. The full kitchen includes stainless‑steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus cooking basics, dishes and drinkware. An indoor dining table brings everyone together, while a washer, dryer, air‑conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits just outside, offering a refreshing spot to cool off under the Florida sun. Pool heat is available for an additional charge. Outdoor furniture provides a place to lounge between swims or enjoy evening breezes.



Resort access

As part of The Retreat at ChampionsGate you share access to a water slide, lazy river, cabanas, Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course, driving range, putting green, golf clubhouse, six clay tennis courts and a tennis clubhouse. Free street parking and a private entrance add convenience throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for self‑catering, with a full set of appliances and essentials that make meal preparation simple.



Bathroom essentials

Each bathroom is stocked with hot water, towels, bed linens and shower amenities. A hair dryer, iron and ample clothing storage are also provided.



Neighborhood

Located in Davenport, the home is a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios and a variety of local dining options, giving you easy access to Orlando’s top attractions while enjoying a quieter community setting.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
