☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This spacious home boasts nine bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18 people, making it the perfect destination for multiple families with kids. We recently renovated this incredible 4391 square foot home to add three amazing themed bedrooms that will give the young (and young at heart) a magical experience during their stay!

The beautifully decorated Harry Potter-themed room is on the first floor and features a king-sized four poster bed and ceiling mural inspired by the enchanting world of Harry Potter (don’t forget to peek in the closet). A second king-sized room on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom and is tastefully decorated with premium bedding and a large mirror. You’ll find a large dresser to store your belongings, and you’ll love the classic design and attention to detail.

On the second floor, you’ll find seven more stylish bedrooms, two of which have fun themes. One is a whimsical Frozen-inspired room that any princess will adore. Children will love settling in on the queen-sized custom LED-lit castle bed and watching the ceiling fireworks display (just push the button)! Bedtime will be just as fun in the Peter Pan room, which is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Themed rooms aside, the upstairs level features an additional four beautiful rooms with queen-sized beds as well as another king-sized suite with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage space, and a comfortable mattress to ensure you get a restful sleep every night of your stay.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Get ready for a day at the theme parks in one of the six spacious bathrooms. Each bathroom contains a complimentary roll of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to get you started!

There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom and features a door to the lovely patio. The master bathroom features a large double vanity with plentiful counter space to spread out your things. You’ll also find a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day outside. The second bathroom contains a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to the second floor where you’ll find four more bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms are shared and have a spacious walk-in shower and separate sink area for privacy. The lucky guest in the king-sized bedroom will enjoy the ensuite bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combination and a separate sink.

Keep your clothes clean with the two washers and dryers, located on the main floor!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The stunning kitchen opens up to the lovely dining area and lounge, so you can easily enjoy quality time with friends and family during your vacation. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you’ll need to make delicious meals during your stay, including stainless steel pots and pans, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, and a fridge and freezer.

We provide you with some dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and a roll of paper towels to get you started! You’ll love the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and spacious island with seating for four. Stay energized throughout the day with the Keurig dual coffee maker, which can take both pods and coffee grounds. Make sure to bring your own coffee grounds! The elegant dining area for 10 blends seamlessly with the kitchen and offers a charming place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Head into the modern air-conditioned lounge with plenty of seating on the plush sofas and armchairs. This space features a flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, letting in plenty of natural light during the day.

Upstairs, you’ll find a 600-square-foot loft area filled with entertainment possibilities. Shoot a game of pool or watch a movie on the 65” TV with full volume using the soundbar. With a comfortable sectional sofa and thoughtful decorations, you’re sure to enjoy spending time in the loft.

The Star Wars-themed game room is located in the neighboring room and features multiple games, including two gaming stations, foosball, air hockey, pinball, and arcade games. You’ll never get bored!

Have some work to finish up? Just behind the main floor lounge is a dedicated work desk, so you can easily get some work done before relaxing on the bright lanai.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The stunning lanai is the ultimate space to relax after a day at the theme parks. With enough seating for over 16 guests, you can host friends and family while children play in the private pool. When you need to soothe sore muscles, there’s no better place than the private hot tub. In the evening, the outdoor dining table is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal while admiring the sunset.

Free parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars. Street parking is also available, however, it may be limited.

You will have access to the community recreation area, which includes an arcade, a lazy river, a pool with a play structure for the little ones, a poolside bar, and snack shack (for an additional cost), a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, and a gym.

This space is conveniently close to a wide variety of nearby attractions, including theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, and shops!
