The Space:

Tucked into the gated Emerald Island Resort, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sits on the quieter side of the community, giving you a peaceful retreat to come back to after days packed with theme park magic. With Disney just 20 minutes away and the resort's heated community pool steps from your door, the balance of adventure and downtime practically plans itself.

 

Living space

The main floor opens into a generous living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing directly onto a private patio that overlooks a quiet park. Whether it's a morning coffee before the parks or a wind-down in the evening, the outdoor space gives the home a calm, unhurried feel. The dining area connects naturally to a fully equipped kitchen fitted with solid wood cabinets, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. A half bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer round out the ground floor.

 

Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own TV. The master suite offers a king bed, a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and access to a private balcony with seating - a quiet spot to start or end the day. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with two twin beds, a hit with younger guests. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked to handle real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find cooking basics including oil, salt and pepper, wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and barbecue utensils alongside all the standard equipment. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and children's dinnerware is also available for younger guests.

 

Staying comfortable

The home is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms, so everyone sleeps well regardless of the Florida heat. A dedicated workspace, iron, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, a pack 'n play, and a first aid kit are all on hand. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place throughout.

As a guest at Emerald Island Resort, you have access to resort amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails - all within a 24-hour gated community. Free parking is available on the premises, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule. Walt Disney World is approximately 20 minutes away, Universal Studios around 30, and SeaWorld about 25. Orlando International Airport is roughly 35 minutes by car.
