House was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! We loved sitting outside first thing in the morning to sip coffee and watch the outdoor tv. Plenty of room for our family of four to hang out. The location was great close to so many things and in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again easily!

We stayed in this property for two months. The owner was absolutely fabulous. If we ever had any questions or concerns, she got right back to us and handled them quickly. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pool! We paid for pool heat and it was nice and warm and very pretty. We would love to stay in this property again sometime. Thank you, Leo and Francine for a wonderful stay!

Host were very nice. But the TV was hard to deal with, we couldn't get the football channels. Our dsughter eho lives in Clermont had to bring her device over to us. The kitchen knives were terrible and you need larger skillets, only had 1 large one. The beds were uncomfortable . The twin beds were way to small for an adult.

Beautiful house with great amenities

This house and our stay was amazing. It’s very spacious and provided more than enough space for our family. Check in was so easy and Leo and Francine were the best hosts ever! They were very prompt when we communicated with them and quickly addressed any issues or questions we had. The living area was family friendly and allowed for a perfect gathering. The kitchen and dining was spacious enough to accommodate a large family. The house is in close proximity to the Disney Parks and many restaurants and stores. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This home is about 25-30 minutes from Disney parks which was great. The pool was the highlight, we loved spending time out there and appreciated that it is screened in! Comfy beds were much appreciated too!

Nice neighborhood and location

This house is situated in a very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very convenient to get to Disney and was just under 30 minutes every time. Our stay was in June and we never hit any heavy traffic going to the parks, even leaving during morning “rush hour” to make rope drop. It was so nice to have the space to spread out and extra bathrooms for showering after long days at the parks. The pool area is private and not open to neighbors and my kids were very excited to have pool floaties there to play with. There is also a much larger patio table than is currently shown in the photos and could easily seat 10. It is in a covered area on the patio, which is so nice to have on those super hot days, and the tv outside was an added bonus for playing music while we were in the pool. There were a few cleaning issues upon arrival, and we contacted the owner and she responded very quickly. The owner was so helpful and amazing at making sure we had a good stay!

Disney Dreams Villa

The villa is extremely well situated, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Its also close to the 192 and I-4, so the parks, shops and everything else are easily accessed.The villa is open plan, like most are in the area, with the garage converted to a games room.Small issues with soft furnishings were dealt with immediately by the hosts, and we had no issues with this.In summary, we greatly enjoyed the villa and spent two comfortable weeks there. We would highly recommend the villa.

Is exactly what it says it will be

The property was exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’ve stayed at Highlands Reserve before and so know the area and what to expect; this time was no different. The location is ideal, the house secure and safe and the neighbours also welcoming and pleasant. We had one very slight issue with a smoke alarm battery running out and beeping and not being accessible due to the height of the ceiling. However the management company came straight out and sorted the issue within 15 minutes which was excellent. Would stay again without any hesitation

Very Accommodating!!

Our family spent a week here and it was very pleasant. The pool was very warm and the outside dining was very relaxing. We have kids of all ages and everyone enjoyed their stay. The game room was a fun spot for the kids too. The hosts are very accomodating and respond very quickly to any question you may have!

Perfect Spring Vacation!!!

The Villa is exactly as pictured and described. Has everything you would need to stay comfortable. Very nice layout kitchen living room dining area in the middle and and bedrooms on both sides. Enjoyed patio,grilling and pool!!! Easy check in and nice quiet neighborhood. Great ant easy communication with owners. Loved every minute of our stay!!! Thanks Leonel and Francine!!! Yearly spring vacation!

I usually go for a 2 week vacation every year with a friend. I own a school bus business at home so it is always great to go and relax for a short time and enjoy a wonderful heated pool. The hosts made sure my requests were handled and they were also very quick to reach me with any questions or concerns. It is positively a lovely villa and wonderful hosts as well. The villa has everything you would need to be comfortable. I would stay there again with no hesitation. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation.

Perfect vacation in the sun

We have been renting vacation homes almost every year since 1998. We liked this one. It had bedrooms on one side, bedrooms on the other side and a common area (livingroom, kitchen, dining room) in the middle allowing for privacy at night. Another helpful feature was the bathroom with a door exiting to the pool area. We found everything we needed in the house and the house was in a nice golf community perfect for daily walks. We enjoyed the heated pool and the weather was a nice escape from the snow.

Home away from home

We are no stranger to Highlands Reserve as we stay here every year. This location is safe, secure and close to everything. This rental property is everything you would want on a long vacation. We stayed here from Feb 6th-24th and we were quite comfortable. The pool area was our favorite and the heated pool made it easy to relax in. The listing is very accurate and the pictures represent well. My only complaint is that I didn't care for the property manager so I dealt directly with the property owner. The owners are fantastic people and really cared about the quality of our stay. We had no issues come about but if we did I'm sure they would have mitigated it promptly. We will stay here again next February

PERFECT HOME FOR ANY SITUATION

This home was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The way the doors opened up to the screened in pool area felt like the patio was an extension of the home.. Which was crazy beautiful with the open concept livingroom/kitchen. We were able to forgo the alarm which made our trip so much more enjoyable. However, we had access to a pool gate, and the alarm can be used when our granddaughter does get older. Which makes this home PERFECT for families who don't need an alarm, but also PERFECT for families that do. The home was very clean, very stylish and had a perfect layout. The host was quick to respond even in the middle of the night. We were provided everything we needed to get our vacation started off right. The beds were so extremely comfortable, and each room was cozy and well decorated. The kitchen is well designed and had everything we needed. Oh and the POOL. The pool was beyond my expectations and the water temperature was absolutely perfect. I was able to swim for the first time in years. If you are looking for a warm pool where it dont hurt to get in, this is the one. We loved our vacation because of choosing this home. The location is so quiet, wonderful neighborhood, very secluded backyard. The host is so personal and I will definitely without a doubt be booking with them every time I go back to Florida.
