- A full bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms, and a convenient half bathroom is located downstairs.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome.

Enjoy seamless entry with:

- Easy self-check-in via secure smart lock entry. Personalized instructions will be sent before arrival.

- Complimentary access to all fantastic community amenities, including the resort-style pool, splash pad, fitness center, clubhouse, arcade, mini golf, and more.

- An amenity access card will be provided for entry to the clubhouse and resort facilities. Please return this card upon departure. A $50 replacement fee will apply for lost or unreturned cards.
