Fully equipped townhome for 7 people. This large condo has 3 bedrooms located in the second floor and 2.5 bathrooms with a patio with an overview of the pond. Extremely bright and quiet. There are no neighbor's above you.

The master bedroom has a California King size tempur pedic bed to give you a perfect rest and night's sleep after a long day at the parks. The master bedroom has also a 55'' Smart TV, a huge walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity for your comfort.

. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 43” TV.
The second bathroom located at the hall has a bathtub for you to unwind and relax

. The third bedroom ( kids bedroom) has a bunk bed where the bottom part has a full mattress and the top part has a twin mattress, perfect for your kids comfort. We also provide games, crayons and books for your kids entertainment.

.All beds have great quality mattresses and linens perfect for a great night's sleep. The beds and pillows sheets are soft, made of microfiber and changed for every stay. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have smart TVs, where you can watch your favorite shows!

All bedrooms have closets with hangers and shelves for you luggage and shopping bags.
.There is a laundry room with laundry detergent where you can wash your clothes.
Everything was bought and furnished thinking of a 5 star experience for your stay.

Fully equipped Kitchen with quartz countertops, with 5 burners cooktop, microwave oven, french door refrigerator, dishwasher, all stainless steel Samsung appliances giving you the best quality possible. We do provide as well all kitchen appliances such as blender, toaster, coffee maker. We provide kitchen utensils, set of cutlery, glasses, plates, pots and frying pan- complete sets for all guests.

.The dining area is equipped with a large dining table so you can enjoy your meals with your family.
.The living room has an L-shaped large sofa, and a 65'' flat screen smart tv so you can enjoy movies and shows with your family after a long day at the park.
.The living room area has also a more holistic zone with a "yoga corner" with yoga mats available for you to unwind and achieve a blissful moment!

.2 minutes away from our villa there is the Sunrail station, where guests can take the train for only $3.75 round trip to Winter Park and Downtown Orlando, where they can explore the other part of the city, if they wish to visit something different than the parks.

It is recommended to rent a car in Orlando, but if you choose not to you can take an uber for a 15min drive to Disney.

Leave your shoes by the door after you walk in. This help us keep the house sparkling clean.

The Swimming pool is open 7 a.m to dusk, any Children under the age of 18 must be supervised. The Clubhouse is open from 6 a.m til 10 pm.

Parking: 2 parking spots in the driveway. No street or sidewalk parking!

NO SMOKING allowed inside the townhome. Anyone caught smoking is in violation of our house rules and will be subject to penalties/fines of $200.

We provide Smart TVs with apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime, Hulu, etc that you can login with your account.

Smart lock: We provide you with the code before your check-in.

Package Delivery:
The community policy doesn't allow any package to be received at the door, nor accept packages before your arrival date.

If any house rules is broken, a deposit fee will be applied.
