Our 1,110 sq ft apartment is completely turn-key: Central Air Conditioning; Two Bedrooms; Two Full Bathrooms; One Queen Sized Master Bed; Two Twin Sized Beds; Bright Living Room; Sleeps up to 4 Guests; Fully Equipped Kitchen; Dining Table for Four; Screened In Balcony with Table for Four; Two Luggage Racks; Iron; Ironing Board; Shower Gel, Four Pool Towels; Four Bathroom Towels; Hair Dryers; Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

The apartment has a lot of natural light from the wide windows. Enjoy the amazing pond and forest-like views from your private screened in balcony and the apartment.

There is FREE parking available on the premises. A maximum of 4 registered guests (including children) are allowed in the apartment and the complex premises.

IMPORTANT: If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the apartment. I'm open to the idea of hosting children as long as they are supervised 24/7, but please note that my apartment its NOT child proof, it's on the second floor and there is no elevator (must climb stairs).

The apartment is only 4 miles from Walt Disney World and 12 miles from Universal Studios (time/distances may vary due to traffic). There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Other things to note
*Assistance animals are NOT allowed. We love all animals, but unfortunately, due to medical and health hazard reasons, we cannot host guests with service animals/support animals. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*The apartment is located on the top second floor (no elevator, must climb stairs but enjoy the pleasure of having NO neighbors on top of you! :-)

*Resort-style FREE amenities are independently managed and sometimes (due to maintenance or other circumstances) may not be available during your stay. This also includes the Cable TV & WiFi service. We apologize in advance should this happen, but this is beyond our control. No refunds will be given in this event.

*Missing or loss of any parking permit, remote controls, key fobs, keys or gate pass will result in a $50.00 charge per item.
