Beautiful Newly Remodeled 2 story townhouse is centrally located off I-4 freeway less than two one mile from MALL AT MILLENIA. Less than 10 minute drive to UNIVERSAL Studios. About 10 minute drive to DOWNTOWN attractions. 20 minutes or less to DISNEY World entrance. Very close to INTERNATIONAL DRIVE and RESTAURANT ROW about a 5 minute drive. The house has a comfortable and spacious open concept living area and bedrooms. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths over 1600 square feet with attached driveway parking and pool. All new flooring and bathrooms all remodeled less than 1 year ago.

Suited us well as a family if 4, going to Universal, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Sometines i drove, sometimes got Uber (varied from 12-20, always prebook your return).Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.House was large and comfortable. Sofa bed in 3rd bedroom was ok.A much better value and more luxurious option than booking a Universal hotel, yet still close-by to everything, and fairly priced.

Family Universal Studio Vacation trip

We had a great stay in Orlando. Ed was great to work with and the property was exactly as described and pictured. More than enough room for my family of 4 (2 teenagers) everyone had their privacy. Great location only 14 min drive to Universal Studio parks, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants also! Will definitely recommend Ed and his property, and will stay again when I return to Orlando area!

Fantastic property and owner

The house and owner are absolutely fabulous. Everything you need to know is provided. The only downside, which wasnt enough to change my rating, the garage is a very small one car garage. It is designed to for a compact; I have a Chevy Tahoe SUV and it was a very tight squeeze.

We rented this beautiful townhouse for a long weekend trip with family to visit Universal Studios. The house was beautiful, great location (about 10 minutes from the park) and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay (minus food but again, great location--there is a Super Target across the street). Would definitely stay here again.

First time snowbirds!

Great location for busy on the go people! Had our daughter and grandson come for week and they loved how much room there is. The only downfall, but not for us is the flight of stairs. The owner was so accommodating and kept in touch.
