Bring the whole family to this bright 5-bedroom, 4-bath resort townhome with a private pool, themed kids’ bedrooms, and a game room — just ~20 minutes from Disney. You’ll have full run of Windsor at Westside’s resort amenities: a zero-entry pool with water slide and lazy river, a kids’ splash playground, poolside tiki bar, fitness center, and arcade. Sleeps 10 with fast WiFi, full laundry, and everything a family needs.



The Space:

This 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhome comfortably sleeps 10 and is built for families:

• Master suite — King bed + private bathroom

• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed + private bathroom

• Bedroom 3 — themed room, 2 twin beds (shared bath)

• Bedroom 4 — themed room, 2 twin beds (shared bath)

• Bedroom 5 — Queen bed (shared bath)

Kids love the character-themed bedrooms, and everyone unwinds in the private screened pool (optional pool/spa heating available for an extra fee) or the game room with a pool table. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining space, high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer & dryer, and a starter set of towels, linens, and supplies. Pack ’n Plays and highchairs available on request.

Optional pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival (the spa shares the pool’s water system and heats to 86°F).



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire townhome, the private pool, and all Windsor at Westside resort amenities throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor at Westside is one of the most popular gated resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, and it’s a destination in itself. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse anchors a resort-style, zero-entry pool with a water slide and lazy river, a kids’ water playground, a lake and pier, the Tu Casa tiki bar & lounge for poolside dining, a fitness center, sand volleyball, a video arcade, and a sundry shop.

You’re perfectly placed for the parks and everything else:

• ~20 minutes to Walt Disney World (easy access via toll road 429)

• ~30 minutes to Universal Orlando

• ~25 minutes to Orlando Premium Outlets

• ~15 minutes to Walmart, with dining and shopping minutes away



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.

The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



*Important Notes:*

• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.





IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
