- Parking: Available for 2 cars on the driveway, 1 car in the garage. Street parking is not permitted after 10:00 PM, and vehicles parked on the street, sidewalks, or grass may be towed by the HOA. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, so please ensure all vehicles are parked in the designated parking areas to avoid fines or towing.

Private pool with a comfortable outdoor living area, perfect for relaxing (pool heating available for an additional $50 USD per day) [The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in]
Enjoy access to West Haven community amenities, including a community swimming pool, tennis courts, a children's playground, and the added peace of mind of staying in a gated community. Tennis and pickleball racquets are also provided so you can make the most of these amenities during your stay.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
*1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
*1 hand soap per bathroom
*1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
*1 sponge
*1 dishwasher soap
*1 paper towel in the kitchen
*1 laundry detergent
*1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL- We clean the pool weekly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid any inconvenience for both parties.
ATTENTION: This house doesn t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. No street parking is allowed after 10:00 PM. Any vehicles parked on the street, sidewalks, or grass may be towed by the HOA.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
