Pets are welcome: US$50 per pet
Maximum of 3 pets up to 15 kg each. Please ask about exceptions.

Pool heating: US$35 per night, minimum 3 nights
BBQ grill: US$95, includes propane and cleaning
Mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee
Starter kit included with items such as trash bags, soaps, shampoo, paper towel and other basic arrival essentials

Important Notes:

Resort access requires the names of all adults on the reservation.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
Parties, events and smoking inside the home are not allowed.
For a smoother arrival, the community allows up to 4 vehicles to be registered per reservation. If your group will arrive with more cars, we recommend planning ahead to help avoid any access issues.
