Located approximately 11 miles from Walt Disney World, the home provides convenient access to Orlando’s main attractions while offering the comfort and privacy of a gated community. With no rear neighbors, the outdoor area provides an even more relaxing setting to enjoy the Florida weather and unwind between theme park days.

Inside, the property features three comfortable living areas with flat-screen TVs and plenty of space for everyone to spend time together or relax separately. One of the living areas also features a foosball table. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the parks or gather the family for a meal, while indoor and outdoor dining areas provide even more space throughout your stay.

The fun continues in the Game Room, equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and additional entertainment options for kids, teens, and adults.

Outside, the private southwest-facing pool measures approximately 12 x 24 feet, with a depth ranging from approximately 3 to 5 feet. The area also features an attached spa and additional privacy thanks to having no rear neighbors. Pool heating and BBQ grill rental are available as optional services.

Guests have access to the amenities at Solterra Resort. The HOA charges an access fee of US$35 for groups of 1 to 13 people and US$48 for groups of 13 people or more.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with 2 reserved parking spaces located in front of the property.

Orange County Convention Center: approximately 18 miles.
Universal Orlando: approximately 23 miles.

Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and entertainment options are also conveniently accessible. A supermarket and additional stores are approximately 5 minutes away, while Posner Park, featuring shopping and an IMAX movie theater, is approximately 7 minutes away.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$50 plus 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing the propane tank when necessary. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). The system uses heat-exchange technology, and its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
