Perfect stay. Didn’t want to leave!

Can’t get a better location! The villa was beautifully themed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were fantastic. Excellent communication and always quick to answer any queries. We were sad to leave but hope to return in the future. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place!

This was the perfect place for my family- with our own pool for a later swim, clean environment with beautiful themed rooms and a bathroom for each room. Very cool games room and loving the laundry machines! Such a safe feel with the gated community and an amazing little restaurant, games room and water park within!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in April over spring break while visiting Disney and Universal parks. We had the best time and staying here made the trip so much more enjoyable. The kids loved the game room and pool. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after a long day in the parks. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the house was very clean and relaxing to come back to after a long day. It is located in a quiet gated community and we felt very safe the entire stay. The owners are very responsive to answer any questions you have. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

Gorgeous villa, perfect location

Sunny view villas was perfect for our family holiday! The villa is gorgeous, well maintained and the outside space is great. The layout of the villa works really well, the kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room. The villa had everything we needed, it is in a great community and the perfect location for Disney. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. We would love to return and would definitely recommend.

Another Fantastic Stay!

Our 2nd visit as a family to Sunny View Villas & another fantastic stay! Rob & Lindsay are perfect hosts with great communication. The villa is super clean & welcoming with the most comfortable beds. We spent most evenings in the pool after long days at the parks. Only a few minutes from Disney & loads of restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Home for Our Family Vacation

I would highly recommend this gated community home for your next family vacation! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of seven - four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool and game room! Close proximity to stores, restaurants and theme parks.

Wonderful vacation home

The Sunnyview Villas was a perfect vacation spot for our family. The villa was beautiful, welcoming and clean. The kitchen area was spacious and supplied with all the comforts of home. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We used the outdoor space, pool and spa on a daily basis. Location was on point for visiting the Disney parks and shopping. Rob and Lindsay are wonderful hosts. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. They made the whole process seamless.

From booking to check-out, Lindsay and Rob were so responsive and attentive, they made the whole process seamless! The house clean and beautiful, pool perfect, and game room fun for kids and adults. Great Home, Great Location!

This is a great home for one or two families with kids 3 - 15. The kids rooms are fun and well decorated. The home is close to several restaurants and 15 minutes from all of the parks. I would highly recommend this home for your next Disney adventure!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. So close to the Disney parks, it was clean, spacious, and allowed my kids to have a life time of memories playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. The perfect getaway

We had an excellent stay. The house was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi had a perfect temperature. My son loved the game room. Everything was very clean and Rob and Lindsay were great to deal with, they were very accommodating and we will definitely be back.

Our Favorite Place to Stay!

We love this Villa for our annual Disney trips! We’re a family of 5 and there is more than enough room for all of us. The kids love the game room to occupy their time when they aren’t busy swimming in the pool! Communication has always been quick and efficient and we love the added security of being in a gated community.

Perfect villa

We had the most amazing stay at sunnyview villas the location was so close to Disney. The villa was super clean and a great size, my children loved the themed bedrooms and had a great time in the swimming pool and games room,the hot tub was wonderful after a busy day round the parks. Great villa in a perfect location

Lovely villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of space for the 8 of us and it was a real home from home for us to recharge after busy days at the parks. The kids loved the pool and the games room and the welcome basket with snacks was a lovely touch. Communication with the owners Rob and Lindsay was fantastic every step of the way and we really appreciated them checking in with us to give support and advice during Hurricane Milton. Perfect location close to Disney parks, local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation Rental!

We recently stayed at Sunnyview Villas for 11 days. This was an awesome place to stay as it was super clean, located in a great gated community, had everything we were looking for and the owners were very quick to respond with any of our needs. As a group of 7, it easily suited all our needs. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and it made them feel very welcomed. Checking in and out was made super easy as these owners have thought of everything to help make your stay easier! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful

We have just finished staying at this beautiful villa. It was perfect. It was just like being at home. The decor was just right for our family, especially our grandchildren. We loved the size of the pool and the hot tub. The location was ideal, being so close to the airport, Disney Resort, shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t have wished for anywhere better. Rob and Lindsay’s organisation made everything very easy, everything was catered for. Would absolutely recommend coming to this villa. Thank you Rob and Lindsay.

Perfect Disney Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny View Villas. Rob and Lindsay the owners were very responsive and the gift basket was so thoughtful. The house was one of our favorite rentals we have stayed at. The house was clean, had a nice layout and very cute decorations. We felt like we were at home during our stay. If you are going to the parks the house is very close. We really enjoyed the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long park day. The gated community was very safe. The resort pool was very busy so we were thankful to have a pool at the house. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Sunnyview Villas was everything we expected and more! The house looked exactly like the pictures, and the hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and updated which made us feel comfortable and at home. Our kids loved the themed rooms, pool and spa, games room, and large comfortable couches for relaxing after a long day. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable (towels, kitchen items, bedding, etc). The host’s also left some starter items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. This was very helpful. The gift basket upon arrival was a thoughtful extra touch. The kids dug into it right away after a long day of travelling/before we were able to run out to get groceries. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Lindsay and Rob!!

Perfect

This house was perfect for our family. The location and accommodations exceeded our expectations. We have stayed on Disney property before and honestly, it took about the same time to get to the house from the parks as it was when we stayed on Disney property. And a LOT more cost effective. It's always nice to come back to a "home" after a long hot day at the parks--having couches to relax on, a large kitchen to make a quick family meal, a pool and hot tub to relax in, game room to also hang out in. The kitchen and living room area is bigger then what the pictures show too. The "kids" rooms are adorably decorated. You felt like you were still part of the parks at the house. The community waterpark, arcade and canteen on property were very well done and nice add ons. Communication from the owners was on point and made checking in and out a breeze. Every question we had from the owners, guest services, and the guards was quickly answered. It's a very quiet, nice, convenient, and well thought out home and community. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Stay

We stayed for 10 nights in early May. Prior to arrival I emailed a couple of times with questions and Rob and Lindsay were quick to respond. Upon arrival I gave my kids the wrong door code and they tried it multiple times and we got locked out. Rob saw what happened before I had even made it up to the door, contacted us and remotely unlocked the door for us! After our first night they checked in to be sure all went well. They also provided clear checkout details the day prior to checkout. The house itself was lovely. The themed rooms were fantastic, my girls loved them. The beds were comfortable, there were extra blankets and pillows in all the closets. Plenty of towels, including dish towels for the kitchen. Everything was very clean, mats at all the doors helped keep the kids from tracking water through the house after swimming. We brought our own pool towels and just left them hanging over the chairs, they dried in no time. The pool was great! Big enough for my kids, almost 6' deep at one end and the spa heated up very quickly. My kids spent hours in the pool and several days asked to stay at the house instead of going to Disney. They did come by and do some pool maintenance while we were gone one day. Adjusting the chemical and adding more water. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and good appliances, including a garbage disposer. Daily garbage pickup out front was so convenient. I didn't pay much attention to game rooms when renting but my family loved it. There is an air conditioner out there and they played air hockey and football almost every day. Dressers in every room and hangers available in all the closets. I did an Instacart delivery from Publix and another day ran up to Walmart, which is less than five minutes with almost no traffic. From the time we got into the car until we were parked at Disney averaged about 15 minutes and the traffic in the area is very manageable. We would absolutely recommend a stay here! It was so relaxing and comfortable.
