This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house at ChampionsGate offers 2,225 square feet on a single level, with no stairs anywhere: strollers roll straight through, toddlers run without a step to worry about, and grandparents get a bedroom on the same floor as everyone else. Two of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the two kids' rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects them directly, so children move between rooms without crossing the hallway at night. The converted garage is now a Star Wars game room, and it is where the group ends up when the parks are done for the day, with an air hockey table, a console under a wall-sized starship corridor mural, and a high-top table with four stools. Outside, the screened lanai holds a private pool with an attached spa, a basketball hoop set at the shallow end, four sun loungers and a table for six under a ceiling fan, so dinner outdoors works even in August. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and a breakfast bar for three, the dining table seats eight, and the washer and dryer in the house mean you pack lighter and fly home with clean clothes.

ChampionsGate is a gated community built around the Oasis Club, a short drive or golf cart ride from the house. It features a lazy river, water slides, a resort pool with cabanas, a lap pool, a movie theater, a game room, a fitness center, a spa, tennis and volleyball courts, a kids' playground, and a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar. Two Greg Norman golf courses sit inside the community.

ChampionsGate is a gated resort community in Davenport, on the ChampionsGate exit of Interstate 4. Walt Disney World is 13 to 18 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 25 to 32 minutes, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 30 to 38 minutes. A Walmart sits 3 to 6 minutes away for groceries and essentials, and Vineland Premium Outlets are 18 to 25 minutes. The community is quiet and family-oriented, built around golf courses and the Oasis Club.
The house sits minutes from the ChampionsGate interchange on Interstate 4, the road that connects Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet malls, so you are on the highway without crossing local traffic first. Free parking is available on the driveway for more than one vehicle. Rideshare services operate throughout the area for guests who prefer not to drive.
