• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Don’t hesitate in booking this beautiful property. This property over exceeded our expectations. It accommodated my family’s vacation needs and much more. Loved that the property location was gated, providing the extra assurance my family would be safe during our stay. Very pleased and would definitely book again.

Not clean, smells horendous, bad shape broken drawers

This property was very unkept. They said they cleaned it it was very dirty. When you walk in you immediately smell skunk/ smoke. I called the manager they told me well you can leave for 3+ hours and we can disinfect it. That is not a solution during a pandemic after unloading our luggage and just coming from the airplane where did they expect us to go? Then they said they would drop off clean sheets and blankets and they never came. The sheets were stained and the blankets smelled like they haven't been washed in ages. We were forced to stay there because the hotels in the area were crazy priced trying to book a last minute stay. They wouldn't even compensate us for the new sheets blankets and pillows we had to buy along with the cleaning supplies. Also the drawers in every single room were broken. My daughter tried to open it and the whole thing came off and fell on her. The carpet felt like it was crawling with bugs and the walls, cabinets and floors were all scratched up. We actually found bugs in the bed my daughter was sleeping. Do not stay here it is literally filthy and doesn't look like the pictures. They don't wash the sheets or the blankets and everything is stained, bleached and dirty. They literally only clean the bathrooms and tuck the sheets and blankets in. It really is horrid it ruined our Disney family vacation and we spent so much of our time cleaning because of the condition. I was offered no reasonable help and they didn't have anything available to move to that fit my family's size. We have also called because a necklace was left to see if they would send it to us ans no one has called back or even gave us an update if they located it.

Clean, Ideal Location, Great Amenities

The house was clean, nicely decorated, & felt relatively new. The short drive to the parks was ideal. Very close proximity to a selection of good restaurants & supermarkets. The gated community felt safe. The kids enjoyed the community pool. It was large, heated, & fun with zero entry & a twisty fast slide. Restaurant & bar available during business hours. The management company provided nice features like an easy to remember door entry code & daily garbage pickup. We plan to stay here again when we return in the fall. A great experience with zero hassles - exactly what you want in a rental!

Booked this house and absolutely love staying at Paradise Palms. We love the location and how it’s not that far from the parks.We frequently go to Kissimmee and i will be booking again
