Situated within the gated community of Gleneagles at Remington this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom is a fantastic vacation 'home from home' the owners have gone to great lengths to insure your stay be as carefree as possible. The ground floor of the property consists of living room, dining room, family room, breakfast nook and kitchen that is overstocked with all the equipment for large family vacation. Master bedroom with large en-suite that includes his and her vanity, garden tub, tiled shower, two large closets and separate toilet. From the breakfast nook large sliding doors lead out into the lanai (shaded area) ideal for those Florida breakfasts offering a welcome shaded area to relax while watching the children play in the extended pool that over looks the lake.

The host answered the phone promptly when I called having some small confusion over the door lock getting in. The toilet seat was broken in the master bathroom, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 people for a 4 night stay. There was also only 2 trash bags for the entire stay.

Was in town for Tattoo Convention

This place was exactly what we needed while we were in town. The only thing I did not enjoy was being woken up on three separate occasions for the alarm going off randomly. Aside from that, it was a nice day. Also, the pool needs to be drained and power washed because it looks disgusting.

Its dusty and didnt smell clean

The house is beautiful! Someone just needs to maintain it . I know is a rental but the toilet downstairs is all yellow. There are bugs everywhere . Spider webs all over . The grill outside you guys should just remove it ,its disgusting. The bed sheets too buy some new ones those are all old and did not look clean .

This location was filthy, pool ( was not clean), window screens broken, toaster broken, bath towels given were extremely worn down, window blinds broken, ice maker was leaking. The picture depicted on website was not a true representation of what the is in the house as far an immaculate.

Home away from home

It was an absolutely perfect home away from home. I have a large family and we were all super impressed with the cleanliness, comfortability and space in the home. The neighborhood was amazing and the owner was a great communicator. Great location to all Theme parks as well. Overall, we each looked forward to come “home” at the end of each day. Thanks!

Overall the property was nice and comfortable. Pool was great. Overall condition was good. Upon arrival, house didn’t appear cleaned. Cobwebs, spiders and an unswept floor. Sink in kitchen had cracks in it which sprayed everywhere. Had to keep wash cloth over it. Toilets flushed slow. I was happy with the stay and would certainly stay at this house again. I just feel some minor repairs need to be made and the house needs cleaned before each guest arrives.

Overall stay was great.

The house was very nice and in a very good location. The neighborhood was a good family neighborhood. The only thing I could say I wish was better was the pool being cleaned out a little better. We didn’t get in because there was slim building up on the sides and the steps. Also there wasn’t any wash rags provided. Other than that my family and I was very happy and would definitely stay again.

Overall a Good Stay

I’d like to start out by saying we had a wonderful time in this house and it was as advertised. However, there were a few things that could’ve been better to get the 5th star. For example, there were no pans provided that could go in the oven. We had to purchase our own cookie sheets in order to bake anything. And the drawer with the cooking utensils was broken and popped off every time we opened it. (However, when the maintenance guy stopped by he did fix it quickly and politely.) Also, many of the blinds were broken and stiff to open so it was a little difficult to enjoy the lake view from inside. Lastly, we could never find how to turn on the pool light. Once it started getting dark we couldn’t see the kids in the pool anymore and they had to get out. I tried messaging the host on the first and third day but never received a response. The biggest thing though that could’ve gotten the perfect rating was just the small things that make the place more welcoming. For instance we had to search for the instruction book and finally found it in a kitchen drawer. A table by the front door with all instructions and supplies or something like that would’ve been helpful. Also, the furniture in the living room and breakfast nook were very worn. The chairs at the table had zero cushion left in them. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and none of the things I mentioned hindered our trip.

Family vacation

We loved the house! The pool was great! Beautiful view!! So the first night all of the sudden the fire alarms started going off. We called but didn’t really get anything. It took us at least 45 minutes to get them off. The upstairs bathtub wouldn’t drain at all. I got up to cook biscuits only to find the oven had no bottom element. That was pretty disappointing.
