The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower/bathtub.

All bedrooms are furnished with premium furniture and have TVs, ceiling fans, USB outlets, dimable lighting, and alarm clocks for your convenience.

The south-facing Owner's suite and twin bedroom are equipped with 100% blackout curtains.

In all bedrooms, you will sleep on allergen-protected mattresses with luxurious sheets to ensure a satisfying night's sleep for all.

The new, enormous 70” flat screen 4K Roku TV offers cable TV and the ability to easily stream from your favorite subscription apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Disney+.
You can even stream from your phone via AirPlay or Chromecast.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware, tools and utensils that you need to prepare anything from a snack to a delicious multi-course dinner.
We just added a Keurig single serve coffee maker in case you need a quick sip.

Unlike most Disney area vacation homes, Lightwater Villa is regularly used as a family home by its owners for a few months each year.

With each visit, the owners update the home, add new amenities, and redecorate.

The rest of the year, property manager Home of America meticulously maintains the property.

This is one vacation home rental that you will surely say “looks better than photos!”

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
