This fantastic townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are also available for free.

Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

This new beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom two-story villa features:

Leuke grote vakantiewoning heel erg centraal gelegen van de meeste pretparken. Disney 15 minuten Seaworld 25 minuten. Old town 5 minuten lopen. Huis is schoon en leuk ingericht. Contact met de eigenaar is ook super. Mocht je tegen iets aan lopen dan wordt het meteen opgepakt. Wij hadden dat de tv het niet deed, en er werd gelijk gebeld met de kabelmaatschappij.

Mary, our host, was really great. Her communication and flexibility was excellent. The place was very close to all the Walt Disney World parks. I would rent from her again. The place was also clean. The instruction for the community the property was at was very clear.

I would definitely stay here again. The condo itself is a bit dated and could use some updates and minor repairs, along with perhaps a few additional kitchen amenities. The provisions for having a baby with us were really convenient to have - the pack and play could use replacement as the floor of it didn't sit quite flat and my baby didn't like that. My older daughter loved the Nemo bedroom. I appreciated all the extra blankets and pillows, sand toys to borrow, and a good amount of towels. Laundry on site was very handy. Mary, the hostess, was very communicative and helpful. She always responded very quickly if we needed anything. The location is fantastic, SO close to Disney Parks and not far from others like Sea World and Universal. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful and I wish we had more days just to hang at the pool!

Great location

This was our first time in Orlando, my husband and I traveled with our 11 year old for a cheer comp at ESPN. The location and resort itself were great! We plan to stay at Regal Oaks again next year if her team wins a bid to compete again. Check in was smooth, all the communication from Mary was great. The unit itself was older than pictured, no frills, basic unit. Dated. Clean. Mary sent an email explaining that the unit would have nothing more than basic “starter” things. This was the first VRBO we’ve ever stayed in that had nothing outside of a starter roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. We spent 264 at Publix for everything from toilet paper to dryer sheets to honey and cooking spray and a lot more. We ended up leaving three rolls of toilet paper, half a container of tide, a new roll of paper towels, a box of tissues, cooking spray, honey and skincare stuff as we flew in and couldn’t take anything back with us. The “grill” was too small to cook on and the outside area faces other units so we kept the curtains closed the whole time. We had four other teammates that stayed in other units on the resort. One had a unit that fell below ours but the other three had superb units and fully equipped units.If you are looking for budget friendly and a great location, this unit is that. We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place and plan to return to Regal Oaks, but next time we will find a unit that provides the usual VRBO amenities in the unit.

Location is amazing!

We had a great stay at Mary's place. The resort was clean and had a nice pool area and good amenities. We were comfortable space wise and the location was great. It put us near every convenience we could think of. If you get the chance to check out Old Town on a Saturday night, I highly recommend it!

OUTSTANDING LOCATION AND SUPERB HOST

One could not ask for a better location or more responsive property manger. The unit is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has its own TV plus the main TV in the living room.We loved being so close to Old Town with its music, car shows and midway rides. The location of the unit in relation to the pool and clubhouse was unbeatable. It is literally less than a two minute walk to the pool/clubhouse which is great if you have small children with you which we did for part of our stay. The unit is superbly equipped for children with a playpen, high chair, two umbrella strollers and toys for playing in the pool of at the beach.Mary was an extremely responsive host who answered our question promptly and with great explanations. When we told her the blender was not working we had a new one the next day. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking to have a great vacation in Orlando.

Amazing Stay & Communication

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The tub floor in the shared bathroom was slick, definitely recommended a mat for younger kids to utilize while showering, but otherwise our stay was great! The owner was very easy to communicate with and solved an issue with grace and speed. We really enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for dinner, drinks, and games. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great house and gated resort!

Everything was clean and well supplied. Plenty of room for the grandparents, the parents and the granddaughter, and close to theme parks. Resort pool had 2 giant slides slide and @ hot tub, plus pool bar.

Great location to theme parks

Could not have been closer to theme parks. Literally 14 min. from parking spot at Magic Kingdom back to townhouse. Publix, Walgreens, other shopping and restaurants nearby. Resort nicely kept, gated, and nice pool area, Clubhouse food and drink very good and good size portions. Townhouse was a bit more outdated than online pictures and furniture a little best up. Carpet could use cleaning especially in master bedroom.

Excellent base for visting the Parks, fantastic property and owner

The property was perfect for our needs, perfect location as described for short drives to both Disney and Universal. The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our family of four. Also we had excellent communication with the owner who helped us with a couple of tiny issues during our stay. The property is in very easy reach of Old Town, local restaurants, and the pool and slides were great for our "rest" days away from the resorts. Highly recommended.
