« The apartment was good. It was hard to find because most of the signs were covered in deep snow and the way the apartments are numbered makes it difficult to find. The room had everything we needed. I liked having a mini fridge, a microwave, dishes, and a TV with the capacity to stream Netflix. I was disappointed that there was not a kettle as advertised. The white sheets were quite pilly, and the pills were a dark grey with human hairs stuck in them. Some of the towels had stains. It was nice...

« The surrounding area of the building is quiet and was good for a getaway. Host communication was good and thorough. However, basic amenities were not provided as listed, i.e. missing toilet papers, tv/tv remote wasn't working and power was cut off for a section of a unit, so we couldn't even use the kettle to boil water. There were 3 random pods of coffee left for use, but they were so random that at the end of the day, I wasn't sure if they were supplied to me or whether I was supposed to bring...
