Newer home recently updated with new linens, furnishings and outdoor furniture that sleeps 5 adults. All one level home with 2 nice sized bedrooms and sleeping area. Electric fireplace in the great room living room. TV's in both bedrooms and sleeping area. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided. Covered front and back porches. Fenced backyard picnic table and fire pit. Walk 3 blocks to dining, shopping and playground. Walk 4 blocks to enjoy 7 miles of walking on Rockaway Beach.

The house has a well stocked kitchen and basic toiletries; tvs in every bedroom; comfortable beds; and a great table in the kitchen for games or shared meals. It's clear they don't just accept dogs, but truly welcome them, with a dog bed, toys, food/water bowls, extra leashes, etc. This home is clearly loved and well-cared-for. It's also 3 blocks from the main drag and a quick walk to the beach or pretty much anywhere else in town. We loved our stay and will likely be back!

This house was accurately represented in the photos and felt cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely consider returning.This was possibly the best-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. We’re used to bringing extra basics like toilet paper and garbage bags because many rentals are minimally supplied, but none of that was necessary here. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into anticipating guests’ needs, with extras like zip-top bags, basic spices, an Instant Pot, and plenty of laundry supplies. The bathrooms were similarly well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.For guests with dogs, this home is very accommodating. There were dog beds, food and water bowls, toys, and even spare leashes. The house was clean overall. (There was a faint dog smell on the couch, which is probably to be expected in a pet-friendly rental and wasn’t a major issue for us.)The mattresses were quite comfortable. One note for guests with sensitivities: the linens were washed in a strongly scented detergent. It likely won't be an issue for most people, but I thought it was worth a mention.The location was very convenient—about a three-block walk to Rockaway’s main street with restaurants and shopping, and one block farther to the beach. Check-in was straightforward, and the checkout requests were reasonable. Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place all around, especially if you have dogs! Fully fenced backyard; although small, it still allows dogs to run around. We loved the layout of this home, the backyard feels like part of the living space, especially with having two separate doors to access it.Very clean and well decorated, it feels homey while still feeling like a vacation.We appreciated the binder with menus and the plethora of reading material about the area. Perfect for a coast getaway, this home was spacious and packed with amenities. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, the beach was just a short walk or even shorter drive away. The home had enough lots of space and we appreciated the fact that there were two bathrooms. Rockaway Beach was perfect for our dog who loves to play fetch. Of couse, the surrounding area was beautiful. We had our meals at the home. I would recommend that you go to Fred Meyers or Safeway in Tillamook. The local grocery in town is convenient, but quite expensive and limited. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our week.

This beach house was exactly what we were looking for! Dog friendly…fenced in yard, dog toys, bowls, and beds! Our furry friends felt right at home! The location to the beach and trails is perfect! We had so much fun at the beach each day and loved the quaint little town. We really appreciated all the amenities and attention to detail. Thank you! We will definitely book again!

Comfy and Convenient

After an initial hiccup, our stay was comfy and convenient. We visit the Oregon Coast annually, but this was our first stay in this home. The home had not been cleaned before our arrival, but the property manager made our cleaning of the home worth our while. We very much enjoyed our stay even though our plans changed and we didn’t bring our dog. We will be back as this is a perfect place to stay with a dog.

Cutest Dog Lovers Dream

We had a wonderful stay here celebrating my mom’s 71st birthday. It was a great place to stay as I have a dog and she had her Emotional Support dog. It was set up wonderfully for our little pups. Such cute decorations and a cozy space close to everything. It was a very quiet neighborhood with no one next door. Plenty of parking and a beautiful outdoor area. There were just a few hiccups like we couldn’t find garage bags anywhere, and the floor and table had crumbs when we arrived. But we want to come back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Great Place to Stay

We loved our time here! The house was bright and airy, the beds comfy, and amenities convenient. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time so we didnt get to try the fire pit. We'll make sure to do it next time when it's not raining. I do have a couple of suggestions:1.) Please upgrade/update the movies you have on site. I don't mind the occasional musical or wholesome movie but it was a bit much. We wish there had been some movies for kids too.2.) Please put grippy material under the carpets. My kiddo and I both almost face planted a few times, just from walking on them.Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to do it again in the future!

Rockaway Thanksgiving

The screen door locked from the inside when we got there, so weren’t able to get in without calling the property manager. They eventually gave us a code to a different door to get in. The house was freezing cold and the heat did not work. After several hours of trying to get it to turn on we called the property manager who had no idea how to work the heater. She finally called the owner who told us she wasn’t able to help because it was the day before Thanksgiving and there was nothing she could do. She yelled at me over the phone and offered no solution. We were there with my parents who are in their 70’s and were freezing. She told us there were plenty of blankets and basically said just deal with the cold, it was in the low 30’s outside. At that point we were ready to pack up and head the 4 hours home. While packing up she called back and had a maintenance man come over with space heaters. The space heaters warmed it up enough we were able to stay and have our Thanksgiving as planned. The house was clean and well stocked, and in a good location. We will not stay there again after dealing with the owner, she was rude and unprofessional.

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental and it is exactly how we remembered it. The home is very user friendly and well stocked with household items. Within blocks of the beach and downtown Rockaway. Super quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay at this home again next year!

Lovely place!

The house is super nice, awesome kitchen, great backyard, and a warm cozy feeling. Location is great as it is near downtown and the beach, but is still very quiet and peaceful. I plan on staying here again!
