Enjoy this Orange Beach efficiency condo that will sleep 4. There is a small kitchen. What a great way to have fun staying in this cozy condo on the beach. This is an efficiency unit with everything you need to have a great vacation. The living area has a queen size bed, sofa sleeper, small dinette set and a couple of bar stools for your comfort while you are enjoying a meal or watching TV. There is 1 TV in this unit. Washer/Dryer in unit. This unit offers a side view of the gulf from the balcony.

This complex is one of the most popular in Orange Beach. It has 3 pools (one is heated) kiddie pool, tennis court, BBQ area, covered parking. Location is great. Close to dining, shopping, water parks, golfing, mini/golf and much more. So bring yourself down to the beautiful beaches and stay here and make lots of good memories at this nice efficiency condo.

Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement.
