The condo is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time. Only two minor issues…one, the smoke detector is VERY sensitive. We set it off three times in five days. The first time was the first night we were there. We adjusted the thermostat because it was cold (late November). As soon as the heat came on, we could smell something burning (not unlike what we smell at home when we turn on the heat for the first time). We didn’t think much of it until the smoke detector started beeping and scared us all to death! We contacted Vacasa, and they sent someone out the next day. By then, all was well, and the maintenance staff found no issues. The next night around the same time, the smoke detector went off again for no apparent reason. We were all watching tv. The last time the smoke detector went off was when we were heating up a frozen pizza in the oven. The pizza didn’t get as done as we typically like it, but we didn’t want to push our luck with the smoke detector. The second issue was with the tvs. If you want to watch Dish, you are all set. If you want to use your streaming platforms, rethink that decision. Both tvs said that they needed updates, but neither could be updated. We were finally able to watch a movie on Amazon prime in the bedroom with minimal (but some) buffering. We checked the WiFi on our phones, and the speed was great. The only thing we could figure out was that the TVs were older and could not update the software. We enjoyed the beach as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. We LOVED that the pool was heated and therefore comfortable for a swim in late November!!!
