Parking
• Parking passes cost $40 per vehicle with a maximum of 1 car. (digital only, no physical pass); 2nd spot may be available via on-site QR code; additional parking is first-come, first-served.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are allowed
- Up to two dogs allowed from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
- Only one dog allowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Maximum weight: 30 lbs per dog.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
