• Rental Agreement: In accordance with applicable city regulations and Kaiser Vacation Rentals' policies, all rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement with Kaiser Vacation Rentals.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The booking guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Orange Beach prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: The beach can be found nearby at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access, approximately 0.4 mile away.
• Parking: Parking is available for 6 vehicles: 2 beside the home and 4 compact to mid-size vehicles under the carport.
• Professional Management: Emerald Osprey is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.

Boat slip: Boat slip #30 is assigned to Emerald Osprey. The rental cost is $39 per day. The dimensions are 10x35. There is no boat lift. Boat trailers must be parked off-site at a location of your choosing, as trailer parking is prohibited on-site.
