We did not have access to the garage. No chairs or beach equipment. The pool was not heated. the fireplace did not work. Window screens to the unit are rotted thus, unable to leave windows open for fresh air. We had to purchase pots and pans to cook with along with other kitchen essentials like, knives, broom, scissors, tape and washcloths. The beach access was not convenient. Access was at least a 1/2 mile away. The neighbors dog barked a lot!

We had the best week in Orange Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was so helpful to us. The pool was awesome, the neighbors were so friendly!

Mostly Satisfied

Overall the space was nice and location was really convenient. We had reserved parking spots for the beach access which was nice (wish there had been better communication of how that worked because we had to figure out where that was located on our own). The bedrooms upstairs were swapped..master bath and bedroom were tiny with no closet. The bunk room was really nice for our kids but no dresser or place to put their clothes. We were constantly going back and forth to get our items because of how we had to store things. (That’s not a deal breaker just irritating when you stay somewhere for a week). The AC struggled to keep up in the heat. We had to keep all blinds closed all day to help it perform better. The dryer had a really loud noise every time in use. Wish the upstairs could have been tile in both bathrooms and not carpet. Would be a nice update to the space. Kitchen was very spacious, clean and functional. We cook most of our meals. Loved the size of the table and that it was wood (not glass). The porch was a great space to drink coffee in the morning. Great location to pool and dumpster. Overall would give 4/5 rating because of the few negatives I mentioned but none were total dealbreakers.

Beach vacay

The location was great. We had plenty of room for my family of 6. The only issue was the parking. Only 1 large vehicle will fit in the drive. Overall, a very nice stay. TY

Cute townhouse

Overall, we had a good week. The property served its purpose as we were there for a softball tournament and didn’t get much beach time. As someone who usually stays on the beach for a beach trip, the access to the beach for this property wasn’t ideal but not terrible. The property was overall fairly small, tiny bathrooms oversized furniture for the space, and it definitely looked larger in the pictures. It worked for our family of five but wouldn’t recommend for multiple families, larger adults, or many more people than the five we had. I also thought it could use a really good deep cleaning

Great place

The home is in a great location and quiet complex. It’s very close to one of the pools. Overall, the home is spacious and clean. The A/C never got as cold as we would like, but It was fine. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are very basic kitchen amenities. Would definitely recommend bringing your own. The deeded beach access is great. We did try walking to the beach access but It was a little far for us. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay again!

Perfect size, location, peace! Home away from home!

We had 4 children and myself and husband. The condo was a perfect fit for us. We had more than enough towels and linens. I was so pleased to see a a travel size laundry, dishwashing, and dishwasher pod! Even a sponge! When we were tired of the beach we went to the pool! We were close to everything we could’ve needed or wanted! We will be back and I appreciate the prompt replies from the owner! Everything was clean and in order! Even had room in the yard to play some games!! This place is absolutely perfect!

Spring Break from S. Carolina

Marina Lakes 13 was a home away from home. The unit is beautifully decorated. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was plenty of room for a family to spread out but also to come together when they needed to. The location was so is quite the selling point. My husband was so excited that we were so close to all of the main attractions! Needless to say the family from South Carolina had a great time! We will definitely use this accommodation again! Thanks

Needs several repairs.

The location was perfect. However we had several maintenance issues, within the first hour my 9 year old daughter got stuck in the bathroom as the lock push button stuck and we had to use a card to get her out. She was so scared and cried. I called the property management and they said they would put it on their list to fix. So we had a bathroom we could not use. Then the A/C went out completely, it was barely running the first two days then died. I had to make several calls with the property management and maintenance (they are the same) we started packing to leave because it got up to 90 degrees in the house, when the HVAC tech showed up. He was able to fix the problem quickly as it was due to a clogged drain line. It took most of the night to cool down the house. There were several areas on the walls that were damaged with holes and scuff marks. I was told by management that I had to take pictures and document that and send an email. I shouldn't have had to stop my vacation to prove that we didn't damage a home that should not have so many issues. I think we will go with a hotel next time for our vacation. We enjoyed our stay mostly because Orange Beach was a great place to visit.

Great stay- bachelorette trip

We stayed for three nights for my sister’s bachelorette trip. She wanted something chill and a space for dinners and games. This place was clean and had very easy check in and check out process where we just had to use the email they sent us to get in. The village is quiet and the families are kind, with a pool and tennis courts that are well up kept. Something to note that we did not is that if you plan on walking to the beach access, you will have to cross four VERY busy lanes of traffic with all of your belongings. Aside from that, this was the perfect location near many restaurants and grocery stores to make our short stay memorable.

Great unit for the price!

This was a fantastic property . . . worked well for our group, was nice and close to the beach, and was very affordable. Comfortable (note that there is now nice cushioned wicker porch furniture on the screen porch, not the plastic pieces shown in the pictures), clean, and had everything we needed. Discovered on a recon walk where the boardwalk was (I never saw that explained anywhere in the info - it's across from the Walmarket and Rouses shopping center at the light) and also that there were reserved parking spaces in that lot at the light for folks from the units to use. We did that one day, and drove to the nearest public beach/parking another day.

Family mini getaway

We took a few days to travel to the beach with our family. This condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. It was close to everything, especially the Walmart and Rouse and it’s right across the street from the beach. You have to bring all the other stuff but they had plenty of towels and dishes and silverware. They do have an access to the beach to walk but we did not us it, we just drove. It was not inconvenient for us to do that. We did have a shower head leak to arise Saturday night and I called them the very next morning and they had someone come within the hour( it may have been less than that) They have Fast and quick response time. We did take advantage of the 1 free activity pass and went to the zoo. They have more options this is what we chose cause the weather was iffy when we went. The kids loved it. We will be staying again!!
