At the condo itself, you’ll find comfortable coastal decor and an open layout, perfect for reconnecting with friends and family. Your vacation home also boasts numerous updates, such as new appliances (including a washer/dryer) in 2022, a complete bathroom remodel in November 2023, and all-new outdoor furniture in September 2023. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Grab a bite at the dining room table or - even better - step back out to the balcony to dine alfresco. After a day on the sand, toss your clothes in the convenient washer/dryer before settling in to relax in the central air-conditioning. Evening entertainment options include three TVs, free cable, and WiFi. Rest up in one of the well-appointed bedrooms and sleep like a baby, all new mattresses and blackout curtains added in 2022. Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.
