'It was our first visit to Nelson Bay, nature is fascinating, lots of activities around to get engaged in, shopping is near by which was great. The only constructive feedback that I would like to share is that property needs renovations, not decently cleaned when we received the key. '

'The woman working the front desk was SO friendly! There was a small shop in the reception area for guests to purchase snacks and goods. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! The coffee and tea station in the room was very nice as well. The only thing I have to say is that there are some glass slits at the front of the room for guests to open and close like windows. It was very easy to hear other guests and people walking by because of that. But our neighbors were...

'We had an excellent stay after several years following our previous stay. The property has been well maintained and has helpful staff. The lifts have improved but at peak times are still a bit slow and congested. Easy walk for restaurants…make sure you visit No Name Lane for coffee and breakfast! We’d recommend a stay here. '
