'Property was clean and maintained. The staff was nice and the included breakfast is a pleasant inclusion for the price, however the pool was closed most likely due to the fact it was in need of cleaning but we are in the height of the summer and the reason we booked was for a pool to cool off in. Needless to say we were a little disappointed with the pool being closed.'

'Staff didn't know what was going to be offered for breakfast the next morning. No pets allowed in rooms, but homeless people with multiple dogs were allowed to camp out in the lobby for extended periods. Was advised not to use the underground parking because it isn't monitored. When I asked what that meant, I was told it would be best to park in the lot outside the front door. GM was occupying two spaces, but we were able to find a spot. We were advised not to leave the property after dark. But...
