« I really enjoyed everything about the room! The bed was comfy for me!! Enjoyed the fireplace. I have never stayed in a condo before and i will say this experience was great! Sam Banks is a very people friendly person. I highly recommend booking one of his rooms. We will be staying here again in the future! »

« It was cute and clean. We were accommodated another night without a hassle. Perfect stay to the downtown area. Downtown was literally 5 minutes away. »

« We loved the condo! It was perfectly located and easy to get in and out. Very clean and very well laid out. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The personal parking space was high since we had rain during our stay we were dry getting in and out of the car. We will stay here again »

« Loved the 3 bedrooms and private 3 baths AND 3 individual air handlers so mom can have it warmer than the rest of us like. Having a pool and hot tub onsite was great too. The walk to town was easy going down but all uphill going back which was a little hard on my older mom. However, Handicap parking was great and right at the front door plus there is an elevator! The floor installation was poorly done and there are gaps on the edges everywhere. The mattresses were comfy but very squeaky in all...

« The condo was centrally located right off parkway which is equivalent to the Las Vegas strip but not directly on the strip. Everything that is needed from shopping to shows, food, groceries, pharmacy, coffee, museums, mountain tours, arcades and go karts is all on parkway which is a stone throw away. The condo sits off in the back so the location was far enough away that there was no noise pollution but close enough to get to wherever our hearts desire. The actual condo was clean and very well...

« Overall the condo was good. Liked the location convenient to everything. Great size for the four of us. Would recommend adding an electric can opener. Went grocery shopping our first night and bought canned goods, luckily they had flip tops! Would also be nice if there was a garbage disposal and a stronger wi-fi signal. »

« My son loved having the pool to use during downtime at the condo. Most of the jets in ghe hot tub did not appesr to be working but it was still comfortable to sit in on a cool evening. The location had nice views and we were visited a couple times by a nosey (trying to open car doors) bear. Beds were comfy snd there was plenty of room for the family to sit in the living room. »

« The road to get here is narrow, but its worth the drive. The view is beautiful. The place was very nice and easy to get to. »
