Tucked away in the Ligurian countryside, just 20 minutes from the beaches of Albenga, Casa Serenità is a historic three-story home with real character. Elegant furnishings, thoughtful details, spaces that tell a story. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, a garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills. The luxury of silence, minutes from the coast.



The Space:

Casa Serenità spreads across three floors, each with its own personality and charm.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the private garden: a green retreat with a table, barbecue and a pergola with Virginia creeper, perfect for outdoor dinners on warm summer evenings.

On the first floor, an elegant sitting room opens onto three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, plus an additional bathroom.

On the top floor, the most magical level of all, you’ll find the attic space: a kitchenette with a view, a dining table and a bedroom. From here you step out onto the fully equipped panoramic terrace with views over the Ligurian hills that are worth the stay all on their own.



Guest Access:

Check-in is done in person. Guests have the entire property at their disposal across all three floors, including the private garden and panoramic terrace.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Serenità is nestled in a quiet, secluded hamlet, well away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby you’ll find a small grocery store and a bar, both reachable by car. For supermarkets, restaurants and more, Albenga and the surrounding towns are just a short drive away. A small trade-off for absolute peace and quiet — and it’s absolutely worth it.



Getting Around:

Having a car is strongly recommended to get around from Casa Serenità. There is a local bus service on the route, though it runs infrequently. Albenga, the coast and the charming villages of the Ligurian countryside are all just a short drive away.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple house rules.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Casa Serenità is a historic property cared for down to the smallest detail. We ask that you treat the spaces, furnishings and belongings with the utmost care, as you would in your own home.

The garden and barbecue are at your full disposal, please do not leave the barbecue unattended while in use and make sure it is completely extinguished afterwards.

Casa Serenità is located in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for the neighbours, please avoid excessive noise, loud music or disturbances between 10:30 PM and 7:30 AM, both inside and outside. Parties and private events are not permitted.

Smoking inside the house is not allowed; smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces, using the ashtrays provided.

For organisational and safety reasons, hosting additional guests not included in the booking is not permitted.

Before checking out, please make sure not to leave perishable food in the fridge, and to close all doors and windows and switch off lights and appliances.

Finally, to avoid any inconvenience, please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.
