Columbia House is located in Oneonta and is convenient to Cooperstown All Star Village and the Cooperstown Baseball World youth baseball tournaments. This two-story, 1,150 square foot home features central air-conditioning, a contemporary eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and updated tiled and hardwood floors throughout. This home also has 2 sets of in-unit washers and dryers.



Columbia House is within walking distance to the downtown area of Oneonta for shopping and restaurants, and centrally located to all the baseball camp tournaments.

There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a full size bed and the third has a queen size bed. Every bedroom has a 43" (or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV. Just bring your favorite app for your TV watching! There are 2 bathrooms, a half bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.



This home has off-street parking, and a private back patio, complete with a gas grill. The patio provides a comfortable outdoor space for conversation, dining and relaxation.



For your entertainment, there are 4 flat screen smart Roku TV's - a 55" (or larger) flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room, and a flat screen TV in each bedroom, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi).



I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

*This is a one-way street, so you need to be mindful of that when driving.
