Sunny, Freshly Finished Lower Level on the River

You'll enjoy staying in a clean, newly finished lower level with many amenities and a private entrance. Together, the bedrooms have 6 beds and 2 air mattresses that can be set up in the spacious bedrooms or bigger living room. This sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Guests can cook and prepare food in the full kitchen and sip on coffee or tea from our beverage station. The bathroom has a w/i shower and full vanity. There are 4 Smart TV's with multiple streaming services and 2 living rm spaces.
The space
This space is exclusively the walk-out lower-level of a whole house right on the Fox River. The space has a full-service kitchen, 2 separate living room spaces with smart TV's, a full bathroom, and a bedroom and a bunk room both with smart TV's. There is a private entrance that leads to a patio, lawn games, and huge entertainment space right on the water complete with firepit, 2 docks to fish off, multiple picnic tables and built-in countertops with electric hookups.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all of the lower level of the house aside from several locked storage closets. They have free and plentiful parking, access to the large stone entertainment pad right next to the river. They are welcome to use the multiple docks, firepit area, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, provided lawn games, grill, built-in counters with electric, and large back yard.
Other things to note
*This is our primary residence and if you are booking our lower level, we will most likely be home during your stay. There is a locked door at the top of the steps that will separate our living space from guests.
