'Staff brilliant, room was clean and functional with lots of space and storage (huge win).
The shower wasn’t great - it couldn’t decide between the temperature I set and scolding hot and freezing cold - meaning that it was a stressful shower!
The air con is incredibly weak, meaning the room was really, really hot on the 4th floor. I ended up with the window wide open and the air con on in the hope of getting some cold air in as the air con really wasn’t great.

'Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. 'We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!'

'The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again'

'This was the perfect stay for our stop in Londonderry as it was perfectly situated near everything we wanted to explore. The accommodations were quaint and clean and we felt safe. William was accommodating with our arrival time and gave clear instructions. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Londonderry.'
