Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. A most disappointing holiday. droppings also on the tables from nests in the roof on the main external bar area by the pools. '

'First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property). Without hot water for three whole...

'Positive: Room good bed and perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative: Cheap food, untasty chicken nuggets as dinner, cheap pasta without any souce etc. and food not looking attractive. Mostly cheap ready made food and targeted for Eastern European guests. Cups and trash around the pool only cleaned up once a day, so a mess everywhere at the end of the day.'
