Expedia never sent the booking to the hotel, the hotel said if you’re not on the computer you don’t have a booking. I had to stay somewhere else now I’m out $400, Expedia took $220 from my bank account, they say I didn’t check in ; I couldn’t check in. Overall I have nothing good to say about customer service the lady at the counter was on the phone with her daughter the whole time and it’s impossible to contact a English speaking Expedia employee let alone a human it’s all AI

The property was clean, the front desk clerk was helpful, and my requested room preference was granted. After a grueling week of driving I unfortunately wound up with unkept rooms and loud neighbors. I am looking foward to my first good night sleep!

Property is older and has a very dirty smell through out the place. It looks like this is a long term place for homeless transitioning or something going on. Weird people and junk cars in the parking lot, not sure what or why they do not disclose this to paying guest if it is going on, or it's just the location lots of homeless.?? Not sure. Staff was nice enough but I don't recommend staying here. If you're okay with this kind of low class then okay otherwise just beware it is not okay for working professionally at all or people that have standards.

I have a video of my room I would like to send but so far I don't see a way to do it. the carpet in my room was filthy with dog hair I picked up most of so I wouldn't track into my bed. It was also very old stained and was full of cigarette burns and staines. The lever in the bathtub was so lose it would fall into the hot if I wasn't holding it when I was taking a shower. The fridge ran constantly and was very loud and so was the bathroom fan the made a little banging sound also. The paperwork they sent me, I believe after I had rented the room for two weeks said they would clean my room only once a week. After a week I went to the desk and asked them to clean my room because it's been over a week and was told they only clean every 14 days. Then she offered me a vacuum and asked me if I wanted to clean it myself. The elevator, hallway, stairs and parking lot were all filthy also.

The staff was so mean and rude. First room smelled of cat pee. We moved to another room that smelled like mold. There was pubic hair on the toilet. Everything was old. When asking for towels i put that and trash can in the hall as worker was passing. She said you have to bring dirty towels to front for more. And the trash room is there!....had to throw out my own trash.

Due in part to being pet-friendly, this otherwise nice facility is rough, with finishes, especially carpeting worn and dirty in common areas; with other minor damage in guest units. There is a lot of noise in the building, at least until about 10 or 11 pm, when some of the building exhaust fans seem to turn off. The in-unit refrigerators and through-wall HVAC units are nice conveniences, but moderately noisy when running. The kitchenettes are handy, but you will have to check-out dishes from the front desk.
