'Après avoir réservé j'ai reçu un message me disant de visiter leur site pour voir les heures de check-in qui peuvent avoir changé, que ce ne serait peut-être pas 5pm. J'ai rien trouvé donc je leurs écrit. Aucune réponse. Nous arrivons à 5pm au front desk, personne. Je sonne la cloche 2 fois en tout, rien. Une cliente entre, je lui explique, elle téléphone et là la dame arrive pour nous servir! Je lui dit qu'on n'a pas répondu à mon message et elle me répond qu'on aurait pu arriver à 3pm! À part...

'The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The building appears to be going through some much needed upgrades. The pool was not cleaned properly, lots of thick green algae around the stairs, trim falling off deck above the pool. Hot tub was equally dirty. The room itself was clean and comfortable.'

'Er was een klein maar prima zwembad. De hottub hebben we gelaten. Dat voelde wat minder hygiënisch. De gym stonk naar heren voetbal locker room, geen pretje. Verder was het hotel en de kamers prima. Bij het ontbijt wegwerp bordjes en bestek.'

'The room was OK - kind of outdated with funky finishes. Beds were comfy, the ocean side units share the balcony area so not that private. Beach is OK, kind of dirty. It was OK for a 1 night stop over but would not stay again. You could also not drink the tap water'

'The place is really outdated, which would've been ok if it wasn't so DIRTY. The bathroom and bedroom had dust all over the corners. The pool has black gross stuff all around it and seems very unkept. I let the kids walk inside barefoot and their feet was black, which leads me to believe those floors are never washed. The kitchen has Nothing other than mismatched pots and pans and instant coffee. You have to bring everything. Location is ok. If you are in a pinch, ok place to sleep, but there...

'Room location was noisy. Room had no hand soap in bathroom. Front desk sent house keeping promply with bottle. The room was spacious and had kitchen area so could buy and prepare food in room. Daughter tried to report that the wash room that had a changing table did not have hand soap. Front desk told her to go to other washroom. That was not the point of her reporting no hand soap. Ate one supper and one buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoyed our food. Found the front desk staff slow on...

'Goed gelegen kamer was net maar alles was zeer verouderd zeker de airco di niet aan stond bij aankomst en waar de bedienings knoppen ontbraken. Buiten de kamer was hetsmerig vuile tafels rookplaats = bouwwerf'
