'Stijlvol romantisch hotel in het midden van Oud San Juan, alles op loopafstand. Erg leuk dakterras met badkuipen :) Iets totaal anders dan de grote ketens, maar zeker een aanrader, zou zo terug willen'

'Good hotel which is centrally located. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay but other than that I enjoyed my stay and will be back. '

'This was a great location in Old San Juan. Super walkable. Parking was difficult because the city was a bit busier that usual when we came in that night. Parked at a garage 15min away (a little up hill) but all good. Hotel was exactly was we needed for two days. I would flag that walls are thin so you hear everything. Wasn't super loud but if you are use to very quiet conditions, heads up. Being from NY it didn't bother us at all. '

'The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. '

Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!'

'The room was located and a great part of Old San Juan, off quite street so noise in the evening was not high but walking distance to several great restaurants, bars and shops. Able to walk down to harbor and other points of interest. Room was clean for an apartment and enjoyed patio we had as part of the room.'

'The room was clean and recently updated. The kitchen area was well-furnished, but lacked any lighting besides an overhead, very bright light. It would have been nice to have a small light to leave on when we left for the afternoon and evening. This part was also exposed to outside passersby— although the main property was locked, anyone walking by on the 2nd floor could see clearly into our kitchen area, as there was no curtain and privacy film covered only the top part of one of the French...

'We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to...
