'Great stay at Cutwater. We would book this inn again for sure. They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. 'First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. 'Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool'

'Room had nice counter space and a full size fridge which was amazing. Ice machine on site was amazing to have access to and the manager was very accommodating and friendly. Bedding was outdated and not very comfortable, and curtains let in a lot of light but overall the room fit our needs. Close walk to the beach and parking included was excellent.'

'We had such a great stay at Ways Motel! Everything was super clean, from our room to the rooftop pool. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was definitely a favorite—my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to get out! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and having free on-site parking made everything so easy. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here....
