« The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes. »

« Located so perfectly close to everything we wanted to do on vacation. The house was so clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was A++. The neighbors were even so friendly and waving/smiling. It felt as if we were home. If we come back to that area again we hope this place will be available. »

« Lovely property, beautiful inn for our family of 14. We all enjoyed the pool, lake, badminton and green space. Special treat to see newborn baby chicks twice and hold them! Kitchen is very well equipped. Having a washer/dryer important too. Kevin and Pauline were helpful. »

« Stayed here for a Bachelor Party. Had a small issue with the A/C units but the hosts worked quickly to find a solution, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, a solid stay close to Mohegan. »

« We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again. »

« This is a solid stay for a night or two, but it is very bare minimum - like a hostel. If you're looking for something besides a hostel experience I suggest looking elsewhere. Location is good, but you do hear the highway from the room. Owner is nice, but the walk-through of the place is unnecessary. Everything is straightforward. »

« My extended family ranging from teens to grandparents stayed for a family reunion weekend and really enjoyed the spaciousness of this beautiful home. The dock and water front amenities were key to our enjoyment. The water was great for swimming, floating, boating, fishing/crabbing and exploring. « We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. The home is located in a great spot and enabled us to enjoy many surrounding areas. Pawcatuck/Westerly, Mystic, Watch Hill... all were very close so this was a perfect base of...
