Hôtel près de Old River Lake (Houston)

« Since I was in Houston for business meeting and asked the receptionist to extend my check out until 2 pm but she said. I was shocked to learn that. I will not try to come to this hotel again. »

« My first stay here and it was perfect. Juan got me checked in and got me signed up for the IHG rewards. He was very kind and welcoming.y room was clean and very nice. »

« Good hotel and service »

« Compliments to the breakfast cook. »

« Le confort de la chambre est convenable mais l’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyant et peu même réveiller en pleine nuit quand il se déclenche. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez fourni, il manque des yaourts des fruits et des confitures. »

« Would have given all 5 but, for a guest in your adaptive room due to physical issues and there are no luggage trollies available to transport luggage when you’re leaving is a major inconvenience. »

« I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

« Very Good Attitude from personnel »

« Nice Rooms lot of space clean good location »

« Parfait ! »

« My sister & I traveled from South Louisiana to Rosenberg, Texas to attend my grandson’s birthday party. It was very easy to book the room we wanted & we were very impressed with how big & clean the room & the bathroom was!! The young man who helped us when we first arrived was absolutely sweet & helpful. We got a good nights sleep & headed home the following morning at 4:00 AM. We will definitely stay there again on future trips!! »
