Maybe adding a lounge chair to the room, cleaning the drains of hair, also assuring all staff is knowledgeable of operation there is no reason to be disturbed twice and being ask to leave without even knowing the facts of the checkin. I felt so disrespected in having to show proof of payment to every staff member switching shift because the system didn’t have the info correct all in all the customer service was put in this sense without even apologizing while ruining my family’s comfort for rest
