' The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. '

'Great resort on the quieter side of the island While resort older rooms beautifully appointed and large. We stayed in a one bedroom with pool oceanview it was spectacular. Due to time in year late October we lost the sun in our pool around 1 pm so retreated to the larger pools fur the afternoon. Coming back in may 2026 '

'If you are on a budget and don't need perfection, this hotel is great to book. The food was good to excellent, the room was clean and spacious and the personel of Dover Beach Hotel is very friendly. They upgraded our room free of charge to Oceanview because of our honeymoon, and the overall experience is to make you feel very welcome. 'Very average hotel, staff can be very rude and service very(!) slowly. Lots of service issues. Property needs huge refurbishments. Breakfast area is way too small, so we had to wait in line for 30min.'
