Casa Imma B is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps five people. From Casa Imma B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Imma B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features two shared terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Ogliastro Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles).
Casa Imma B is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Imma B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Terrace 1
The first terrace is on the top floor. It is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The parking space is suitable for one car.
 Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The room has a window overlooking the street below. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
