'The staff was fine. No problems at all. The building and grounds need a lot of work. People litter frequently, and more receptacles are needed, as is a thorough cleanup of the entire property. There is zero outdoor seating, and the "pool" has been filled with cement. Why not make it a covered outdoor sitting area? Also, I noted at least one undriveable vehicle in the back parking area (there's probably more than just the one), and there was an individual sleeping in his clearly damaged car in...

'This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again.'

'I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!'

'It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view. They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel.'
