« Nice, comfy clean hotel. Good location near various restaurants. Staff doesnât have the best customer service when comparing to other hotels our family has stayed at. Not very friendly and they donât greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasnât informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time »

« Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...
